Well, to say the least my cake was not quite as cool as this one. Still, yesterday (11th) was my birthday. A fun time was had by all, and by all I mean myself, Crystal, Caitlyn, and my parents. We spent the day having pastries and coffee while watching the Eagles/Giants game. I played a pops concert with Steve Lippia and the LCSO. Got home around 5:30 and then it was off to Texas Roadhouse for a nice thick ribeye, medium rare of course. Saw the parents off to Alamogordo, then settled in for a cup of coffe before hitting the sack at a relatively decent hour (midnight to be exact, far from my 2am average).
Fun day, and lots of well wishers made it one of the best. Looking forward to another grand year. And hey, maybe I'll make it out of college...
